Earlier this year, an old friend of mine was featured as a guest on New Game Plus for the episode about the game Z for the PC. I submitted the following commentary.
Z is a hidden gem to me. As a real-time strategy game, it cuts out all of the base building and tedium that entails and focuses instead on pushing the player towards action. It may not be for everybody, but I think it's also worthwhile for the '90s humor alone.

Here's the full episode, which you should definitely listen to. I highly recommend checking out the rest of their stuff, too. It's good for the retro gamer's soul.
